Terms of Hire

All equipment hired remains the property of Sound Hire Wales.

It is the hirer's responsibility to keep and return the equipment in working order and 
in the condition it was collected/delivered.

Insurance of all equipment is THE HIRER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Damaged or missing items will be charged for at replacement cost.

Cables are supplied neatly coiled and taped and must be returned in a similar fashion.

All equipment hired should be installed and operated by a competent person.

WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER for damage or injury to persons or property whilst the equipment is on hire. 

We reserve the right to retract any equipment from a dry hire order at any time, if we believe the safety of the equipment or any persons it at risk. No refunds will be made if this is the case.

Photo ID such as passport or driving lisence is reuqired on collection/delivery of any dry hire equipment.

Payment is strictly within 10 days of invoice. We reserve the right to ask for a security deposit, which will be refunded on return of equipment.
